You can add a tag or tags to each object, either via "inline" editing in the report or directly from the form of each object (when editing or creating):
Tags / labels can serve as attributes that Caflou does not have for your needs.
You can then easily filter using tags. You can also save filters with tags for quick use. If you do not have the "Tags" item in the filter, you can simply add the field using the "+" button.
If you don't see the "Tags" column in your reports, you can view it like any other column:
The system remembers if a tag has already been used in the section and if so, offers you a choice of already used tags. You can always add a new tag.
Tags can be added by any account user. But can only be managed by a user with access to "Account settings" right, who can delete, rename, and change tags:
