You can leave a comment using an audio message that you record directly in CAFLOU (on mobile, tablet or desktop), or you can have your audio message transcribed into text. Here is how to do that:
- In the comment editor, click on the audio message icon.
- When you are ready to record the message, click on the microphone icon.
- If you also want to transcribe the message to text, make sure the language you use when recording is set correctly.
- If the audio should be transcribed to text also make sure you speak clearly.
- The first time you use it, your browser will ask for permission to use the microphone. Please allow.
- Click on the "stop" symbol to end the recording. You can also pause and resume recording (pause / resume symbols).
- You can play the recording before saving.
- To insert audio and/or text into the comment, select the form:
- Text
- inserts only the transcribed text from the audio recording into the comment
- can only be used for recordings up to 2 minutes and only in accounts with the Dolphin and Shark tariffs
- is not available for Firefox
- Audio
- inserts an audio recording as an attachment in the comment
- Text and audio
- inserts the audio recording as an attachment as well as the transcribed text from the audio recording
- can only be used for recordings up to 2 minutes and only in accounts with the Dolphin and Shark tariff
