Do you send documents (invoices, offers, orders) directly from CAFLOU? You can now attach files (how many attachments you need). Directly from CAFLOU or from a computer. ⤵

  1. You can attach as many files as you need.
  2. Attachments are automatically filed under the invoice/offer/order in CAFLOU.
  3. The recipient of the email can easily view / download the attachments.
  4. In the sharing log, you can see which files were attached to the email.

Attachments for shared invocies

❗💡 Attachments can only be added to a document via the action menu (Share document), not via the invoice form. Attachments cannot be automatically attached to recurring invoices.
